Vocabulary & Spanish

Today classes played vocabulary bluff in preparation for their quiz on Thursday.  In addition to being a fun way to review, vocabulary bluff is hotly contested in each class. The winning students have a choice of prizes: a glow-in-the-dark bracelet or a “got books?” pencil.

Information on the upcoming Spanish performance: Students will be doing a dress rehearsal for a fourth grade audience on Wednesday, January 23. They should come to school wearing dark shoes, black pants or skirt, and a white top. That evening they will perform for their parents at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Performing Arts Center. Students have been asked to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 that evening, ready to perform at 7. If you have any questions, you may call the school or send me an email. I’ll be happy to help you get an answer.

I will be staying after school on Thursday if any student needs to stay after to finish their artifacts.

Artifacts are due Thursday.
