As hard as it is to believe, the year is slowly but surely coming to an end. Today students were given a calendar for the remaining days of school and asked to create a day-by-day plan for getting their Genius Hour project completed. On days they will not see me due to testing they will be working on their presentations. On days they are with me, they will be working on the project itself. This is a chance for students to get a feel for just how much time they have left and to ensure that they are using their time wisely between now and the due date. I collected their calendars, but they will be returned to them on Monday. In some cases, the calendar review has also allowed me to correct a few work load inequities.

I am very much looking forward to their presentations and to see their final products.
